House Remodel Update

Okay, so it's been a long day and I couldn't think of a snappy title for this post. But I am sooo excited about the progress on our house remodel! Now we're getting to the good stuff...paint colors going up on the walls, kitchen tile is done, flooring is in, appliances are about to be installed. Probably just a few more weeks and our 1.5 YEARS of remodeling will be DONE! What a relief and joy that will be!! Here are some pics from today...

kitchen--black granite countertops, tile flooring, white subway tile backsplash with thin black border (walls will be painted an olive-avocado green by the end of the week!)

opposite side of kitchen--cooktop will go in front of checkerboard backsplash with a stainless steel hood above it, wall ovens will go in the tall cabinets on the far right

a view from the dining room, leading into the kitchen--breakfast nook at the end

breakfast nook will have built-in white benches and table

living room--light grey
(glass doors that match the china hutch will be going on the front of the bookcases)

dining room--chocolate brown

downstairs bathroom--tub has strips of black border tile

upstairs bathroom

upstairs bathroom tub--floor has black border
