This is a cute picture from today of Maddie with her Nana. It's been such a blessing to live out here with my parents for the past 6 months. Maddie gets to see her Nana and Papa every day and she's become very attached to them! My mom's nickname for Maddie is "Doodles" (shortened from Monkey Doodles) and is always said in a sing-song voice. All I have to say is "Do you want to go see Nana?" and Maddie's face perks right up and she does her "eh!" sound, which in daily life could mean about a 100 different things, but in this case means "Yes, of course, let's go right now!" I think we're all going to be in serious withdrawls when we move back to our own house and can no longer just hop across the lawn for our Nana and Papa fix! :-)
